WHAT QUALIFIES AS A BULK ORDER?
Any order over 20 pairs of sneakers qualifies as a bulk order.
CAN I ORDER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, you can! You can prebuy gift cards that can be used to allow recipients to order the style and color of sneakers that are right for them.
DO YOU DO POP-UP SHOPPING EVENTS?
Yes, we can! Depending on the size and duration of the event a pop up try on station may be possible.
DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
We do offer samples. Please note that in your inquiry.
WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR BULK ORDERS AND HOW LONG DO THEY TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Our standard shipping is 7-10 business days for larger orders. Time sensitive bulk orders should be placed 14 business days in advance to allow adequate buffer to our normal 7-10 business day delivery time frame.
HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED TO FULFILL MY ORDER?
We recommend a 4-week lead time to process your order.
If you are planning to customize/embroider the shoes you're ordering, we recommend a larger lead time to take your embroiderer services into consideration.
WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept credit cards and prepare everything so you can complete the payment on our website. Please note, payment must be received before shipment of the order. We do not provide any net form of payment.
DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON BULK ORDERS?
Yes, we are required to charge sales tax based on shipping destination/s.
CAN I RETURN ALL OR PART OF MY BULK ORDER?
We recommend buying 15% over the expected quantity you're looking to purchase and returning that 15% of unused shoes. That way, you have the shoes on hand to help with swapping out sizes!
Please note, that 15% of excess inventory will be shipped and paid for at your own cost.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE THE SNEAKERS?
Yes, we have a partner that can add branding to our sneakers.
